Description
The conference fee includes the following:
- Attendance at the main conference as well as at the workshops/tutorials programs.
- All proceedings and accompanying material.
- Lunch and coffee breaks for the entire event.
- Welcome reception cocktail
For students: To be eligible for student registration, proof of the student status is required (e.g., letter from advisor or from the Department – in English, Spanish or Portuguese) during online registration. Conference banquet is not included in the student registration.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Charge
A written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge and all bank charges will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation letter is received:

Please note that, all refunds will be made after the conference, and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
